1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CatDar, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for all content you post, including cat profiles, map pins, deal listings, shelter rosters, lost cat reports, and advertisements. You must not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.
3. Community Guidelines
- Be respectful and kind to fellow cat lovers.
- Do not post false or misleading information.
- Do not spam or abuse the downvote system.
- Pins may be removed by moderators for violations.
- Lost cat reports should be genuine and accurate.
4. Data & Privacy
Your email and account data are stored securely. Profile pictures and cat photos are compressed client-side before upload. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile screen.
5. Advertisements
Submitted advertisements are subject to review before approval. CatDar reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement at its discretion. Ad metrics (impressions, clicks) are tracked for reporting purposes.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
CatDar is a community platform provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for the accuracy of user-generated content, including deal prices, shelter information, or lost cat reports. Always verify information independently.
7. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
